General Terms
The customer confirms with the accepting of our trading conditions that he has reached majority at the time of the order. Customers from foreign countries apply there legal regulations to the majority.
The prices mentioned contain the legal value added tax.
The offer is not-binding. You receive a confirmation of your order,
with this confirmation apply the order as accepted.
The minimum order quantity per sort are usually 6 bottles; the bottles contain 0.75l.

We insured the dispatch for you. If you determine damage
(package opened/wet), refuse you the acceptance of the supply.

Withdrawal
You can change your contract within a month without giving any reasons in writing (eg, letter, fax, e-mail), or - if you have the matter before the expiry period is over - by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods at the receiver (at the recurring delivery of similar goods not before receiving the first part delivery), and also not fullfilling our information requirements pursuant to Section 312c, para 2 of the Civil Code, in conjunction with § 1, para 1, 2 and 4-InfoV Civil Code as well as our obligations under § 312e, paragraph 1, sentence 1, in conjunction with the Civil Code § 3 BGB-InfoV. The revocation period is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the cause.

The consequences of any withdrawal:
In the case of an effective revocation, the benefits received by each returned and any benefit (such as interest). Can you give us the performance received or not, or only partially in a deteriorated condition, you are obliged to pay compensation for the value. The release of the things this does not apply if the deterioration of the matter only on the test - as it would have been possible in a shop - is due. While normal using the resulting deterioration thing you must spare no value in parcels. Things are going to return at our risk. You have the cost of the return shipment, if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the issue returned an amount of not exceeding 40 euros, or if you are at a higher price at the time the cause of revocation does not include compensation or an agreement agreed partial payment provided. Otherwise, the return is for you free of charge. Not parcel things are going to be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be made within 30 days met. The period begins with the transmission of your statement or revocation of things for us with their reception.
Payment possibilities:
